Program Mechanics:
1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all sales leaders, business owners, CEOs.
2. Nomination: Participants are required to be nominated by a colleague or another individual through our Thought Leadership Nomination Form.
3. Judging Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria: originality, depth of knowledge, clarity of communication, relevance to the topic, and potential impact on the industry or society.
4. Selection Process: A panel of qualified judges will review and score the submissions independently. The highest-scoring entries will proceed to the next round.
5. Final Round: The finalists will be invited to present their thought leadership content to a live audience or through a virtual platform. The audience and judges will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in a discussion.
6. Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be determined based on a combination of the judges' scores and audience engagement during the final round. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
7. Prizes: The contest will award prizes to the top-ranked participants, which may include cash rewards, mentorship opportunities, publication or speaking opportunities, or industry recognition.
8. Promotion: The contest organizers will promote the contest through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and relevant industry publications. Participants are encouraged to share their submissions on their personal platforms using designated hashtags.
9. Intellectual Property: Participants retain the rights to their submitted thought leadership content but grant the contest organizers permission to use and share the content for promotional purposes.
10. Deadline: The contest will have a specified submission deadline, and participants are encouraged to submit their entries before the stated cutoff date and time.
